The Strategic Planning process includes:
* Pre-Retreat Planning to understand your needs through analysis of organizational history, growth goals, industry trends, corporate culture, metrics, and the executive team’s strengths and challenges.
* Retreat Agenda incorporating a creative approach to designing a compelling 3-5 year Vision and an honest and sometimes brutal analysis of the obstacles to the Vision. Your team is then led through a process to design Strategic Directions to overcome obstacles and move forward. First Year Goals and Action Plans are created to take steps toward the longer-term Vision. A Comprehensive Structure is mapped out for keeping the plan alive, with accountability and adjustments to changes in the internal and external environment.
* Post-Retreat: Before the session ends, your team plans how they will follow through on their plans. The teams that execute most effectively meet quarterly to review results and team performance. Elaine sends a full documentation to the team after the retreat outlining the strategic focus, goals and action plans. She facilitates the quarterly updates, in which each team member shares progress on goals. Time is allocated for addressing challenges, brainstorming new opportunities and creation of a detailed action plan for the upcoming quarter.
